A different Greek Salad from the island of Santorini

This summer I visited again the Greek island of Santorini with a close friend. It brought back beautiful memories. It was here that I celebrated my 20th birthday while visiting the island on a college trip as an architectural student.
This salad made of tomatoes, figs, celery, fresh mint and basil leaves, crushed walnuts and crumbled goat's cheese, finished with olive oil and honey dressing it was a delicious local variation to the Greek Salad.
